At Chabad-Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Chabad-Shop tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Request Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the shipping address.

  Package Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your receipt.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to us using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
